Photobit PB-0100-5 removed from a cheap 640x480 webcam. GRGB Bayer filter pattern.

Has a little doodle of an animal of some sort in the lower left corner. Best guess so far is Sexual Harassment Panda from South Park. The episode aired in 1999, the same year as the die copyright, suggesting the designer had seen it recently.
